Rubio Raises Serious Questions About CDC’s Intentions

At this point in time, it is safe to say that Americans’ trust in governmental health agencies is at an all-time nadir, particularly when a China-kowtowing clown like Dr. Fauci is in charge.

It is also safe to say that an absence of public trust in health agencies poses serious risks for a number of reasons, which is precisely why Senator Marco Rubio (R-FL), a real Patriot, has taken aim at the CDC through a new bill.

In essence, this bill is designed to ensure a higher level of accountability for public health officials and agencies.

The Restore Public Health Institution Trust Act would require for the humorously named Government Accountability Office (GAO) to review the data that the CDC uses to justify its various recommendations.

Particularly since these recommendations seem to change a bit too frequently and inconveniently, such as within 24 hours of DeSantis’s recent roundtable event, where he excoriated mask mandates for K-12 schools, as well as shortly after California bulldozed ahead with resuming mandatory masks once more, including for the vaccinated.

Needless to say, this rather remarkably timed “guidance” has raised the suspicions of multiple Americans, as well as conservative representatives, which is precisely why Rubio has become highly proactive near-immediately after the CDC waffled on its masking stance (again).

“In a dramatic reversal of their previous guidance, President Biden’s CDC has seemingly decided that our businesses, churches, and schools should remain masked up and potentially locked down forever … This new guidance is confusing and Americans are frustrated …

Telling vaccinated individuals to wear masks without providing data undercuts the message that vaccines are highly effective against the virus … [The Restore Public Health Institution Trust Act] would bring more transparency to the Administration’s decisions and reveal whether or not there is data to back up this nonsensical new masking guidance.” [Source: Fox News]

“Frustrated” is putting it mildly. “Enraged” is likely more accurate, though hopefully logic will prevail in the form of Rubio’s bill gaining actual traction in the Senate.

Curiously, the CDC and the White House are unable to provide any data or information underlying the “science” of masking the vaccinated. Given that they’re the ones so insistent on “following the science” in the first place, it is rather odd that they have apparently been unable to produce any science.

What the White House can apparently do, however, is sic the Capitol Hill Police on the unmasked, because not wearing a mask is apparently the biggest crime in DC right now (not).

And, as usual, the ridiculous mandates to the police to arrest the unmasked have a rather unsurprising origin: Queen Pelosi.

Representative Kat Cammack (R-FL), called out Pelosi’s latest shenanigans for exactly what they are in a recent tweet, commencing with a humorously worded, albeit frightening, truth: Pelosi’s abuse of power.

“In today’s edition of Pelosi’s abuse of power, Capitol Police have been directed to arrest staff and visitors to comply with her mask mandate for vaccinated individuals. For Members, they advise not arresting but ‘reporting Members to SAA for their failure to comply.’” [Source: Fox News]

Something suggests that Capitol Police should be focusing their efforts elsewhere, given that DC has one of the highest crime rates in the nation, but that would be far too logical of an action for Pelosi to take.

Plus, most of the real criminals that the police would be targeted vote Democrat anyway.

Cammack also reiterated the nonsense of Pelosi in discussions with Fox News, expressing the “unconscionable” actions that the Speaker has brazenly inflicted upon Capitol Hill.

“This is such an overstep of Speaker Pelosi’s authority to basically make our Capitol Police arrest staff members and report on members [of Congress] … It’s absolutely unconscionable that this is where we’re at.” [Source: Fox News]

Pelosi’s timing is all the more curious, considering the sham of a partisan commission she’s running right now, which focuses almost entirely on, you guessed it: Trump.

In a way, it’s almost as if Pelosi has started the whole “arrest the unmasked” debacle to distract public attention from an even greater abuse of power … her dogged pursuit of Trump.
