Woke Company Loses Discrimination Lawsuit

In an ironic twist, one of the most outspoken, woke tech companies has found itself on the losing end of a major discrimination lawsuit.

Google, which is widely regarded as openly biased in favor of the far left, has recently lost a massive class action suit filed on behalf of 15,500 current and former female employees of the company.

Per the argument of the lawsuit, female employees were paid substantially lower salaries than male counterparts performing the same duties.

The inequality experienced by female employees underscores the importance of defining a woman in a legal sense, which in turn protects women from corporations’ predatory practices, in particular those that attempt to dismantle science in an effort to disempower women.

However, since the transgender militancy has really only gained significant steam since the takeover of Washington by the Biden administration, Google was placed in the uncomfortable position of acknowledging its unfair treatment of highly qualified women in terms of pay and salary.

Per a report from the Daily Mail, the parent company of Google, Alphabet, will be forced to pay out $118M in damages to the 15,500 female employees in exchange for settling the lawsuit.

A broad array of former and current female employees took parti n the lawsuit, including engineers, teachers, managers, and sales representatives.

Per the employees, they were deliberately placed in roles that paid less, and they also received an average of $17,000 less compensation per year relative to their male colleagues.

The law firm representing the plaintiffs, Lieff Cabraser Heimann and Bernstein, issued a statement that revealed the critical importance of the lawsuit for women’s rights moving forward.

Per the attorneys, the female plaintiffs strongly “believe these programs will help ensure that women are not paid less than their male counterparts who perform substantially similar work.”

In addition, the objective of the lawsuit is to ensure “that Google’s challenged leveling practices are equitable.”
