DeSantis Takes Aim At Illegal Alien Flights

Governor Ron DeSantis (R-FL) has recently sought millions in a proposal for transporting illegal aliens out of the state.

As reported by Breitbart News, DeSantis recently announced six different proposals designed to curb illegal immigration in Florida, namely by crippling sources of funding for corporations and non-governmental organizations (NGOs) designed for resettling border crossers for the federal government.

In addition, DeSantis also signed an emergency order that bans renewing or issuing state licenses to the Florida Department of Children and Families (DCF), as this entity provides services to Unaccompanied Alien Children (UACs).

The budget proposal pitched by DeSantis calls for $8M to transport illegal aliens out of the state of Florida. DeSantis has floated sending the illegals to either Delaware, the home state of President Joe Biden, or Martha’s Vineyard, an elitist enclave where Barack Obama has a massive mansion.

“I put in $8M for us to be able to transport people [who are] here illegally out of the state of Florida,” DeSantis declared.

“If you sent them to Delaware or Martha’s Vineyard … that border would be secure the next day,” DeSantis quipped.

Currently, Florida is one of the states holding the nation’s largest number of illegal aliens. A minimum of 775,000 illegal aliens currently reside in the state, which is the same amount of illegal aliens that reside in New York.

Approximately 11 to 22 million illegal aliens are estimated to live in various regions throughout the United States. Only California and Texas currently hold larger illegal alien populations than Florida or New York.
