DeSantis Poses Triple Threat To Biden — He’s Not Handling It Well

DeSantis, along with Abbott and other governors who dare to respect freedom, has been a favorite target of the Biden administration for numerous reasons, most of all because DeSantis’s Florida is quite a bit more competent than Biden’s America.

Now, however, a slew of favorable news regarding DeSantis is likely to send the Biden administration into a fit of rage.

Particularly since the most recent news reveals DeSantis’s triple threat against authoritarianism: lawsuits, law enforcement, and low COVID rates.

Given that all of the three threats are directly or indirectly related to the less-than-stellar performance of the Biden administration, one can only imagine how tongue-tied Ms. Psaki will become if reporters dare to inquire on DeSantis’s admirable success in the sunshine state.

Especially when considering the details of each of the threats below, namely how the Biden administration conveniently set up a stack of dominos against itself, dominos that ultimately benefit DeSantis, as well as his potential, or eventual, run for the White House.

First off, lawsuits!

Biden’s reckless vaccine mandate was absolutely standard Democrat thinking: enormous, invasive, costly, and utterly impractical (not to mention a flagrant violation of individual health and privacy).

Naturally, DeSantis took swift action against this mandate, which, by the way, isn’t a formal law that companies are obligated to follow, as they were with Obamacare.

Back in the days of Obama (shudder), laws actually still had to be passed through Congress to take effect, such as Obamacare. Now, however, Emperor Biden believes a reckless mandate is sufficient to constitute a law.

Looks like his administration may (once again) receive a major reality check, namely in the form of vastly more reasoned lawsuits launched by DeSantis against Biden’s absurd mandate.

In conjunction with state AG Ashley Moody, DeSantis made his views regarding the unconstitutionality of the vaccine mandate abundantly clear, particularly with regards to federal contractor NASA.

“[NASA] frequently contracts with Florida, has current contractual relationships with Florida, and is and will continue to seek to impose the Biden administration’s unlawful requirements to Florida …

Because the government’s unlawful vaccine requirement seeks to interfere with Florida’s employment policies and threaten Florida with economic harm and the loss of federal contracts, the State seeks relief from this Court.” [Source: Newsmax]

Translation: States have their own laws as well, Mr. Biden, and since the presidential “mandate” does not constitute formal law, one can only imagine the direction the Court will lean … in favor of DeSantis.

Unless, of course, the court features a judge like AG Merrick Garland, who is quick to assail parents as “domestic terrorists” just because a school board union filled with essential communists says to do so.

Astonishingly, Garland continues to double down on this claim to the day.

That said, Garland is busy puttering around in the swamp doing who knows what, and one can only hope that the judge in DeSantis’s lawsuit actually respects a little thing called law and order.

Secondly, Biden’s vaccine mandate has directly led to a boon in law enforcement for the sunshine state, particularly since DeSantis has sweetened the deal with a $5,000 sign-on bonus for officers willing to relocate to the sunshine state.

In other words, DeSantis vehemently opposes “defund police” … on the contrary, he is all in favor of bonus offers for the grave risks they take on a daily basis.

“If you’re not being treated well, we’ll treat you better here … You can fill important needs for us, and we’ll compensate you as a result … So in Florida our policy’s very clear. We’re going to have a special session and we’re going to say nobody should lose their job based off these injections.” [Source: Fox News]

No shocker that police are reportedly fleeing DeBlasio for DeSantis in droves.

And if the Biden administration attempts to characterize the above two threats as worsening the pandemic, it has another nasty surprise in store, as revealed by the state’s Lieutenant Governor, Jeannette Nunez.

“As Florida now ranks lowest in the continental U.S. in terms of COVID-19 rates per capita, we are proud to have stood firm in protecting liberty throughout the pandemic … Governor DeSantis’ approach was guided by science, data and pragmatism, not fear and alarmist narratives.” [Source: Fox News]

Amen!

In essence, DeSantis has swiftly enacted lawsuits against Biden-led unconstitutional mandates, empowered law enforcement with respect and sign-on bonuses, and effected its own decline in COVID rates via (gasp!) following the science.

Now, if only someone like DeSantis could replace the current occupant of the Oval Office …
