Biden Bares His Teeth At America’s #1 Enemy — They Are Not Fazed

Well, well, well, it looks like the Biden admin sure is in a hurry to toughen up its image internationally.

After all, in a grand total of six months (or fewer), the Biden admin has gone from caving to the Taliban in Afghanistan to attempting to stand up to China.

At least on the surface, anyway.

Based on recent statements from White House Press Secretary Jen Psaki, the Biden admin has apparently developed a sudden concern for human rights abuses in China, despite the fact such abuses have gone on for the past several millennia.

Guess those can be overlooked when “the Big Guy” is getting paid, recalling Hunter Biden’s notorious interactions with questionable Chinese figures.

Even the ultra-liberal BBC in the United Kingdom published an article titled “Hunter Biden: What was he doing in China and Ukraine?,” underscoring the egregious nature of Hunter’s national-security endangering behavior.

However, Psaki put up a tough front earlier this week, proclaiming that the United States would not send any officials to the Beijing 2022 Winter Olympics due to the regimes “crimes against humanity.”

It would have been great had Psaki explicitly identified COVID as one of the “crimes against humanity,” but that would be pushing things a bit too far.

After all, COVID effectively greenlit the rise of authoritarian governance across multiple states.

However, Psaki opted to stick with the more general “crimes” before proceeding to wax poetically about all the so-called morals that the Biden administration suddenly discovered.

“U.S. diplomatic or official representation would treat these games as business as usual in the face of the PRC’s egregious human rights abuses and atrocities in Xinjiang, and we simply can’t do that …

Ah.

But the Biden administration “simply can” permit women’s rights being wiped out overnight in Afghanistan, not to mention all the “atrocities” taking place near the Southern border.

However, since Biden apparently can dodge reporters at his leisure, even turning his back upon the very journalists that played a role in getting him “elected,” it is no surprise that Psaki can afford to bloviate in generalities.

As well as Pelosi, for that matter, who has also suddenly adopted an attitude of righteous indignation towards the Chinese government.

“As I noted when I called for a diplomatic boycott last May, the last three decades of Beijing’s abusive and repressive actions show that the international community can no longer give Beijing a blank check and hope that its behavior will simply change …

While we must support and celebrate our athletes, America – and the world – cannot give our official imprimatur to these games or proceed as if there is nothing wrong with holding the Olympics in a country perpetrating genocide and mass human rights violations.” [Source: The Daily Wire]

Wonder what irked Pelosi so much to inspire the sudden wrath against China, especially since Pelosi didn’t seem eager to offer Trump much assistance in his ongoing battle against the superpower.

Did some of her husband’s shares in a venture related to China tank or something?

After all, Pelosi’s husband is known for profiting richly from investing in various tech ventures, including a $5M “windfall” earlier this year.

Regardless of the reasoning underlying Psaki and Pelosi’s sudden focus on China,
Foreign Ministry spokesperson Zhao Lijian appears highly unamused by the political semantics emanating from the swamp.

“Without being invited, American politicians keep hyping the so-called diplomatic boycott of the Beijing Winter Olympic, which is purely wishful thinking and grandstanding.” [Source: Newsmax]

Unfortunately, “hype” is what the Democrats are known for, which is wildly different than the substance ushered in by Trump.

Even more frighteningly, the rhetoric from Psaki and Pelosi has undoubtedly irked more than one Chinese official, as evidenced by Lijian’s implicit threat.

“If the U.S. side is bent on going its own way, China will take firm countermeasures.” [Source: Newsmax]

Well then.

What might those “firm countermeasures” entail? An even worse COVID?

British vaccine developer Sarah Gilbert seems to think so, remarking upon the likely characteristics of future pandemics.

“The truth is, the next [pandemic] could be worse. It could be more contagious, or more lethal, or both.” [Source: OANN]

One can only hope someone else is in the White House (a conservative) by the time China is ready to release its so-called “countermeasures” …
